Harold H. Weber, Jr., P.E., Staff Vice President, Industrial Programs

Mr. Weber directs TSI’s programs on Sulphur Transportation Regulations and Logistics; Environment, Health and Safety; Industrial Sulphur Uses; and Sulphur Construction Materials. Prior to joining TSI in 1984, Mr. Weber managed road construction programs, including sulphur asphalt paving, for 6 years with the U.S. Federal Highway Administration and an additional 6 years with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, managing road and bridge construction. He received a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer, serves on the Executive Committee of the Association of American Railroads Tank Car Committee, and a member of several international, professional organizations. For 30 years of his professional career, he has been involved with the sulphur industry.
