TSI Golf Tournament
To enhance delegate networking, a golf tournament has been organized for Sunday morning, April 11, 2010. The Doha Golf Club, just five minutes from the Ritz-Carlton, is an 18-hole championship course. Designed by Peter Harradine and opened in 1997, the 6.740 meter course is the home to the annual European Tour Commercial Bank Qatar Masters presented by Dolphin Energy. It is the longest par 72 course on this tour. A challenging, yet playable course by novices and seasoned golfers alike, its features include eight strategically positioned lakes, 65 giant cacti, numerous imposing limestone rock formations and an abundance of lush and lengthy green fairways that present a startling contrast to the desert that lies beyond it. Greens fees on the championship course for the TSI Golf Tournament will be QR 590 per participant (approximately US$ 163; EUR 109).Sulphur World Symposium 2010 registration does not automatically include registration/admission to the TSI Golf Tournament on Sunday, April 11, 2010. You MUST complete the appropriate section of the Sulphur World Symposium 2010 Registration Form when registering for the symposium to attend.
