Hotel Reservations

TSI has negotiated a remarkable reservation rate at the Ritz-Carlton Doha - the lowest rate offered to symposium attendees in the last several years. All delegates are highly encouraged to take advantage of this offer. Hotel accommodations are not included in the symposium registration fees and should be arranged through the Reservations Department of the hotel to receive TSI's preferred rate.

The Ritz-Carlton Doha, less than 30 minutes from the Doha airport, is an exclusive venue located alongside the shores of the Arabian Gulf. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities for the business traveler, a well-equipped business center and internet access. Nine restaurants and bars cater to guests and are ideal for entertaining and business meetings. State-of-the-art exercise facilities, including indoor tennis and squash, and indoor and outdoor swimming pools are located on site along with a full service spa.

  • QR 1150 for a deluxe single (approximately US$ 319; EUR 213) or QR 1250 for a deluxe double room

    In addition, special rates have been obtained for Club-level rooms and suites. These rooms offer guests four complimentary light food selections daily.

  • Club-level rooms are QR 1350 single/QR 1550 double

  • Junior suites (268 square meters), have a separate parlor area and king bed: QR 2500 single or double

  • Executive suites (402 square meters), also have a separate parlor area and king bed: QR 3000 for single or double

These rates are exclusive of government-mandated fees and taxes. Additional surcharges for late cancellation or early departure may be levied.
