Symposium registration fees may be paid by check or money order payable in US dollars, drawn on a US bank, made payable to: The Sulphur Institute.

Credit Cards
Symposium registration fees may be paid by credit card (American Express, VISA or Mastercard) by completing the appropriate section of the symposium registration form.
Registration Cancellations and Refunds
Your registration may be transferred to another person from your company at any time via facsimile or email to TSI. All symposium cancellations must be submitted in writing via email, fax or courier service directly to TSI. Cancellations received after March 8, 2010, are subject to a 50-percent cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after April 8, 2010.
Letters of Invitation and Pro Forma Invoices
Letters of invitation and pro forma invoices will be sent upon receipt of completed registration form and payment information.
