Special Sulphur Education Workshop
"Sulphur: History, Uses, Sources, Logistics and Safety."
A special educational session has been added to our traditional program this year. The goal of this session is to provide a basic overview of the sulphur industry to people who are new to the industry and/or operations personnel who would benefit from practical, useful knowledge of the industry.
Topics Will Include:
- Overview of sulphur, the element
- History of sulphur: mining, pyrites, and co-product of oil and gas industry
- Major sulphur uses
- Major sulphur producers and consumers
- Transportation Regulations and Logistics
- Environmental, Health and Safety
- Benefits of developing additional sulphur markets
Fees For Sulphur Education Session:
- TSI members may attend the sulphur education session without any additional fee. Register for this session with the form available below (Form #3).
- Fee for non-TSI members registered for the symposium is an additional US$ 100 per participant.
- Fee for non-TSI members who are not registered to attend the symposium is US$ 200 per participant.

Sulphur World Symposium 2010 registration does not automatically include registration/admission to the Sulphur Education Session on Monday, April 12, 2010. You MUST complete and submit the form below in addition to the Sulphur World Symposium 2010 Registration Form.
