Registration

The registration process is presented below. Please read the entire page before continuing with your registration. Please note the cutoff dates, cancellation fees, and what is and is not included with your registration fee. If you have any questions at any point in this process please contact DMessick@sulphurinstitute.org.

How to Register…

To register for the Sulphur World Symposium 2011 please complete the registration packet linked below. Complete the form, and fax to +1 202 293 2940. If you submit a handwritten form, please use dark ink.

Spouses/Guests — all categories: US$ 150 (covers evening receptions only)

Sulphur Education Seminar: US$ 150 per participant for delegates from non-member companies

The Sulphur World Symposium Registration Fee Includes:

  • Attendance at all symposium presentations and events (except the Sulphur Education Seminar on Monday afternoon, April 11)
  • Light continental breakfast on three mornings
  • Evening receptions
  • Symposium proceedings on USB stick drive
  • Registration List
  • Access to Delegate Lounge

Registration Payment Options

Fees need to be received by TSI or cleared through its bank by April 8, 2011.

Check or Money Order

Symposium registration fees may be paid by check or money order payable in US dollars, drawn on a US bank, made payable to: The Sulphur Institute.

Bank Wire Transfer

Please contact Don Messick for more information on this payment option. Please ensure that the bank wire transfer amount is in US dollars, and equals the full amount of the registration fee in US dollars. Bank transfer fees must be paid by the delegate or your registration may be returned for full payment.

Credit Cards

Symposium registration fees may be paid by credit card (American Express, VISA or Mastercard) by completing the appropriate section of the symposium registration form.

Registration Cancellations and Refunds

Your registration may be transferred to another person from your company at any time upon notification to TSI.

If you cancel your registration before March 10, 2011 and do not select a substitute delegate, you will be refunded 75% of any symposium fees paid to TSI. Please note that refunds will be processed in the order in which they were received. The refund process will start 30 days after the symposium ends.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations received after April 1, 2011.

Delegates are responsible for cancelling room reservations at the Waldorf Astoria.

Letters of Invitation and Pro Forma Invoices

Letters of Invitation will be issued after a registration form has been submitted and payment has cleared. If a letter of invitation, a pro forma invoice, or credit card charge receipt is needed, please make the request when your registration form is submitted.
