Single/Double Occupancy: prices vary £270 - £460/per night (plus applicable taxes)
Hotel Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation must be done in writing to the Conference & Events Department, stating the reason for cancellation. Please use the following email address for this: Caledonian.Events@waldorfastoria.com.
In the case of individual cancellation made in writing to the Hotel up to and including Sunday 26th March 2023, any deposit prepaid by the individual booker will be refunded in full to the card provided at the time of booking and the bedroom will be returned to the Client’s unreserved bedroom block. Bedrooms returned to the Client’s room block will be subject to the same cut-off dates and cancellation penalties as set out in this agreement.
In the case of individual cancellation made in writing to the Hotel on or after Monday 27th March 2023, 100% of the individual booker’s prepaid deposit will be retained by the Hotel as cancellation fees. Bedrooms released on or after Monday 27th March 2023 will not be returned to the Client’s unreserved bedroom block.
Fees for non-arrival, early departure, or full or partial cancellation of bedrooms will be calculated per night at the contracted single including applicable VAT, unless double occupancy rooms have specifically requested.
Early Departure Fee: The hotel has an early departure fee of one (1) night's room and tax. Departure dates are reconfirmed at check-in and are subject to a fee if changed after the check-in process is complete.
