After the cutoff date, unreserved rooms are released to the general public. Reservations after that date are accepted at the group rate only while rooms remain in the block, and beyond it are subject to availability at the hotel's discretion. Book early — this block will sell out before the deadline.

The discounted room block is reserved exclusively for delegates registered for the Sulphur World Symposium 2027. Reservations made by anyone who has not completed symposium registration do not qualify for the group rate and will be released from the block without notice. Booking Details

Guarantee: All reservations must be guaranteed with a method of payment at the time of booking.
Billing: Each delegate settles their own room and incidentals directly with the hotel on departure. Room charges are not billed to TSI.
Changes and no-shows: If you need to cancel or change your dates, do so through the hotel's reservation system as early as possible. A no-show cancels the reservation automatically and is charged for the full length of stay.
Extending your stay: Rooms before and after the symposium dates are subject to availability — request them when you book rather than after.
