The delegate fee includes all Symposium sessions, receptions, coffee breaks, lunches, the delegates’ lounge, online proceedings, and the list of registered delegates. The spouse fee covers lunches and the evening receptions. Breakfast at the Parkring Restaurant is included in the Marriott guest room rate. The Women in Sulphur Breakfast is a separate, invitation-based event. The Industry / Cultural Tour is charged separately at US$ 150 plus VAT.
The Symposium is held in Austria, so all registration fees are subject to 20% Austrian value added tax. VAT is calculated on the discounted fee, shown as a separate line on your invoice, and remitted by TSI to the Austrian tax authority. Companies registered for VAT in the European Union should supply their VAT registration number at the time of registration.
All payments must be made in US dollars. Registration is official once payment is received. Payment is due within two weeks of receiving the invoice.
To qualify for the member rate, your organization must be a TSI member at the time of registration.
Cancellations received before March 9, 2027 incur a 25% fee. Transfers to another delegate within the same company are permitted until March 26, 2027. No refunds or transfers will be made after April 2, 2027.
Early registration ends January 29, 2027. Delegates registering after April 12, 2027 may not appear on the printed delegate list. The Vienna Marriott group room block closes at 5:00 PM EST on March 27, 2027.
Credit card (preferred, via TSI’s online system), check drawn on a US bank, or bank wire. Wire transfers incur a US$ 35 fee and must be sent in US dollars.
Delegates requiring a visa should register early and request a letter of invitation. Delegates must provide English versions of all required paperwork for TSI approval.
Attendance implies consent for photography, video, and audio recording for TSI promotional purposes.
Personal information collected through registration is used solely for communication regarding SWS 2027 and TSI activities.
